Gunster Law Firm seeks a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal in its West Palm Beach or Fort Lauderdale office. Responsibilities include coordinating due diligence, reviewing titles and surveys, drafting and reviewing purchase, sale and loan documents, reviewing zoning reports, service contracts and permits. Such applicant should have a minimum of five years’ experience with commercial real estate closings and title. Law firm experience preferred.
