Assistant Project Manager

Overview

Assistant Project Manager to join our team, supporting distribution and transmission construction projects for our diverse customer base.

$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

• Manage projects under our policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Oversee subcontractors and procurement processes
• Prepare project estimates and baseline schedules
• Track project progress, costs, and deliver weekly reports
• Support field operations with accurate information for safe, efficient work
• Ensure financial controls and profitability across projects
• Contribute to emergency and storm restoration response efforts

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Construction Management preferred)
• 2+ years of project management experience (utility construction a plus)
• Proficiency with MS Office (MS Project/Primavera a bonus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments
• Solid understanding of project accounting and contract pricing
