Senior Project Manager – Multifamily Construction

Scott Humphrey Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale multifamily construction projects in the Fort Lauderdale area. The role requires a strong track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget while managing vendors, subcontractors, and field staff.

• Responsible for project oversight, financial management, and team coordination
• Develops and maintains relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors

• Review project proposals, drawings, and plans to determine scope, budget, and schedule
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and related vendors
• Complete take‑offs, establish cost estimates, and track material procurement schedules
• Coordinate activities with project staff to ensure progress within budget and schedule
• Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to achieve desired results
• Act with integrity and support for the company’s values while focusing on customer expectations
• Oversee project financials and provide technical advice to resolve problems

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Business preferred
• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager within multifamily construction
• Proven record of success on large and/or complex projects
• Proficient with relevant construction technology;
  Procore experience a plus
