We’re expanding our Construction & Development team and seeking exceptional talent to lead transformational capital projects.
The OpportunityWe’re hiring two Regional Construction Project Managers based in Riviera Beach/West Palm Beach, FL. Each role will oversee 4–5 capital development projects ranging from small‑scale improvements to $50M+ developments.
Position 1:Domestic Projects Focus
Lead capital projects across Southeast Florida properties, focusing on light commercial construction, dry storage facilities, marina amenities, repair facilities, and capital improvements.
Position 2:International Projects Focus
Lead capital projects across Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, focusing on heavy industrial marine construction including dredging operations, seawall construction, boat lifts, dock systems, and infrastructure for mega yachts (350‑400 feet).
Both roles report to our SVP of Construction & Development and offer significant growth potential within a rapidly expanding organization.
What You’ll Do- Lead capital development projects from conception through completion, managing budgets from small‑scale to $50M+
- Oversee marine construction projects specific to your regional focus (domestic light commercial or international heavy industrial)
- Manage third‑party consultants, engineers, architects, and trade contractors
- Coordinate entitlements, permitting, contracts, and insurance processes
- Build and maintain relationships with General Managers, Regional VPs, contractors, and vendors
- Develop annual maintenance capital programs for properties in your region and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure projects are executed on time, on budget, and to specification while marinas remain operational
- Travel approximately 15% to project sites in your region
Required:
- 10+ years of construction project management experience
- Marina, marine, waterfront, or maritime infrastructure experience – this is critical
- Deep understanding of water‑based operations, boating facilities, or port/harbor environments
- Civil or marine project management background
- Proven ability to manage complex projects while facilities remain fully operational
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong business acumen and analytical decision‑making skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Experience with marine construction, waterfront development, or marine facilities relevant to the position focus
- Process‑oriented with a disciplined approach, yet flexible and adaptable
- Thrives in ambiguity and can wear multiple hats
- Strong relationship builder with a business development mindset
- Comfortable interfacing with C‑suite executives and field teams alike
