$21.00/hr – $29.00/hr

As a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead you will drive member service in your area and supervise your team of hourly associates to deliver safe and efficient services. You will model expertise in Tire and Battery Center and work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the club meets member expectations.

• Be a Team Leader – Supervise the team to deliver on the business plan, communicate goals, set guidelines, execute company programs, and advocate for members, associates, and the company.
• Be an Expert – Maintain in‑depth knowledge of floor operations, safety protocols, compliance, equipment, TPMS, tire recalls, product specifications, and seasonality. Share this knowledge, train the team, and ensure daily processes are consistently performed.
• Be a Techie – Leverage digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement. Use handheld technology for immediate business decisions and encourage early adoption of new tools.
• Be an Owner – Drive business results, maintain operational excellence, keep a clean and safe work area, plan and order equipment, monitor expense controls, manage inventory audits, process transactions, and support member service when needed.
• Be a Talent Ambassador – Train and mentor the team, monitor e‑learning completion, identify potential, develop necessary skills, encourage career growth, source new talent, and implement processes that meet business needs.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00*.

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in the automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired.

• Supervisory experience in the tire industry.
• Tire industry certification (e.g., Certificate of Qualification).
