As our Area Manager
, you’ll oversee our elite legal team and ensure every facility meets the highest standards of compliance, seamlessly blending operational excellence with our luxury furnishings and signature style. Responsibilities
  • Oversee front‑of‑house operations and all legal staff across multiple firm locations.
  • Manage facilities, vendors, and office supply inventories for all sites.
  • Develop and maintain firm policies, procedures, checklists, templates, scripts, and coordinate training for the legal team.
  • Conduct audits and spot checks to ensure compliance with established protocols.
  • Provide proactive feedback and data to management regarding process effectiveness, work quality, employee performance, and staffing requirements.
  • Monitor incoming calls for professionalism and courtesy, offering backup support as needed.
  • Coordinate firm calendar and client meetings for managing attorney and legal team members.
  • Track weekly legal production per team member, investigate variances from targets, and update production grids regularly.
  • Minimize non‑billable and no‑charge time, ensuring timely approvals of such entries.
  • Approve paid time off (PTO) requests.
  • Ensure all legal software remains fully accessible and functional for the legal team.
  • Participate in monthly attorney scrums to monitor performance.
  • Produce instructional videos documenting revised legal operations as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR to onboard and train new legal team members, ensuring completion of the onboarding system grid.
  • Ensure all offices are equipped and prepared to support the legal team.
  • Oversee IT support, ensuring employees receive timely assistance to maintain productivity.
Qualifications
  • At least 3-5 years of Area Manager experience or similar administrative role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent strategic planning and project management abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement.
  • The individual must demonstrate confidence in their interactions, coupled with a strong professional demeanor and unwavering work ethic.
  • Experience or skill in managing the day‑to‑day operations of a high‑level office.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic and demanding environment.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent diligence, and effective communication skills.
  • Proactive individual with a strong aptitude for operational roles and effective critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, and Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to commute reliably between office locations during working hours.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be able to pass pre‑employment screening (background).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
