Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Qualities
Create a positive, welcoming, and magical environment where children, families, and team members feel valued and appreciated.
Lead, inspire, mentor, and support teachers to deliver exceptional early childhood education experiences.
Be highly organized, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively while managing daily school operations.
Practice Managing by Walking Around, maintaining a strong presence in classrooms, supporting team members, and building meaningful relationships with families.
Ensure high standards of classroom quality, safety, licensing compliance, and customer service.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, positivity, and continuous improvement.
Build strong family relationships while ensuring every family receives an exceptional preschool experience.
