West Palm Beach, FL. Salary: $18.00–$20.00 per hour.

Michelle Farmer is seeking highly skilled seamstresses to join our dynamic team. We specialize in manufacturing luxury womenswear garments made in the USA. Our Atelier is based in West Palm Beach and our boutiques are located in Palm Beach, Southampton NY, Mizner Park, and at The Boca Raton. As a seamstress you will play a vital role in ensuring our garments are produced efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

You will collaborate with talented professionals and contribute to our commitment to elevate excellence in every piece we create.

• Proven experience in garment production, with a focus on luxury fashion.
• Knowledge of pattern making.
• Impeccable attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Sew on industrial machines.
• Cutting.
• Draping.
• Hand sewing.
• Extensive experience working with fine fabrics.
• Must be able to sew on a bias and sew French seams.
• Assess project and resource requirements, maintaining detailed records and proactively addressing challenges.
• Review and measure garments to ensure quality aligns with product specifications.
• Identify potential production issues.
