Summary of Position Mission

Responsible for the safe and damage‑free handling of all products and parts throughout the warehouse. Accurately acquire and disposition product in the inventory system. Ensure product manipulations are accurate and timely. Perform safe operation of industrial equipment.

• Certified on industrial equipment to move materials to and from various locations including loading docks, trucks, and the warehouse environment.
• Utilize the ERP system to locate product, pull product, master label manipulations, inventory inquiries, and troubleshooting.
• Acquire and dispose of product in the inventory system with accurate record keeping.
• Prepare packaging materials for product and affix labels properly to containers.
• Perform counts on firearms and parts as directed.
• Assemble boxes to meet established daily goals.
• Transport materials, supplies, and finished goods with care and caution.
• Maintain sound knowledge of firearms safety practices.
• Inspect own work to ensure few or no mistakes in assembly.
• Produce required quantity of parts or product to meet daily goals.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Adhere to all employment, safety, and company policies and practices.
• Wear all necessary personal protective equipment as directed.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a respectful, courteous, positive attitude and professionalism toward all co‑workers and the company.
• Other duties may be assigned as required.

• General computer skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Organize and prioritize tasks, with emphasis on attendance and timeliness.

Work is performed in a climate‑controlled office environment and a heated manufacturing and warehouse facility. Exposure to extreme heat/cold, poor ventilation, fumes, and gases is limited. Noise level is moderate. No known hazardous conditions encountered in normal performance of duties.

• Lift objects up to 50 lbs. and request assistance if needed.
• Frequent and repetitive lifting, pushing, and pulling of objects.
• Stand and walk throughout the workday.
• Occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
