Production​/Installer Sign Shop​/Sign Manufacturing

Overview

Join Signarama West Palm Beach as a Production Associate / Sign Installer. Your primary responsibility will be to produce and install all types of signage and deal with the public courteously and professionally. The ideal candidate will apply the highest level of workmanship to all elements of every job, pay high attention to detail and provide quality workmanship. Experience is not required but preferred;

we will train you. The ideal candidate will like working with their hands and be a team player who can collaborate with other departments to deliver the best product to the customer.

• Create all types of signs.
• Mask, weed and apply vinyl to various substrates.
• Print, mount, trim and finish various digital graphics and signage.
• Use an X-Acto knife, tape measure, ruler, and production tools efficiently.
• Properly load and use a cold pressure laminator following standard safety procedures.
• Load and cut vinyl on a plotter.
• Load media, inks and generate quality prints from digital print equipment.
• Move raw materials, sheets and roll goods for manufacturing.
• Operate a vertical panel saw using standard safety procedures.
• Maintain machinery in good working order.
• Assist in operating and managing the store when needed.
• Travel to different locations within the local area to preview work areas and install various types of signs.
• Apply vehicle and window graphics.
• Keep a running inventory of all stock and supplies.
• Maintain an organized, clean and professional store appearance at all times.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Prompt, reliable and responsible
• Ability to work as a team

• Climb a ladder while lifting signs
• Must be able to retrieve various types of substrates from substrate racks including upper shelves
• Must be able to lift over 50 pounds

Compensation: based on experience. Full time: 40 hours plus 2.5 hours of overtime built in with a schedule of Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm. Closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
