Job Summary

Prominent elevator manufacturer seeking an experienced Fabrication & Welding Supervisor to lead a team building custom elevators. The Fabrication Supervisor will oversee the elevator manufacturing team, ensuring high‑quality, custom elevator cars and related components are produced efficiently, on time, and meet exceptional quality standards.

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

8am – 4pm

• Oversee fabrication and welding departments
• Manage material flow and inventory
• Drive production goals and meet company objectives
• Report progress and job completions
• Ensure quality control
• Prepare incident reports
• Optimize labor hours and productivity
• Train and support machine operators and new hires
