Responsibilities
The digital marketing manager position presents an opportunity to join a growing department within an established organization of creative-minded real estate professionals. With a focus on storytelling and brand differentiation in support of driving measurable results, the digital marketing manager plays a key role in maintaining and growing the online presence for active properties, originating marketing strategies for new developments and optimizing Related Ross’s corporate online presence and brand.
This position will work across Related Ross’s asset classes with particular emphasis on consumer engagement with the company’s flagship mixed-use destination, City Place, office tenant acquisition and residential condo purchase.
Responsibilities include marketing planning and strategy, digital content creation, development, execution and analysis of digital marketing campaigns, researching and incorporating targeting, lead gen and CRM tools and managing digital campaign budgets.
This position will report to the senior vice president of marketing while reporting into the director of marketing for City Place on a day-to-day basis for all City Place-related marketing activities.
Primary Responsibilities – City Place- Plan, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across search, display, social media (paid and organic), video and email
- Manage the City Place online platforms including and City Place Rewards
- Work with CRM team to optimize software for use in customer relationship marketing
- Maintain day-to-day management across digital channels highlighting brand pillars
- Design and create content for e-newsletters, social media, rewards program, presentations, brochures, invitations, marketing signage, merchandise and other collateral, ensuring all assets align with brand standards
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing channels and campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Track and report on digital marketing budget
- Identify trends and insights on digital platforms and optimize campaigns accordingly for optimized performance
- Manage agencies and collaborate with marketing partners
- Capture content at events and photoshoots for use with campaigns and social media coverage
- Support the marketing director with special projects and tasks, as needed
- Maintain library of presentations, collateral and photography and videography library
- Consult with marketing team members on digital marketing including setting digital strategy and participating in the development of digital marketing plans for the office collection and individual residential condo and rental properties
- Participate in agency briefings, initial campaign plan reviews and ongoing reviews of campaign performance
- Review analytics and provide direction and suggestions on campaign optimization
- Provide general consultation and leadership in digital marketing to the overall marketing team by staying current on new channels, practices and opportunities
- Own and drive traffic to the company’s corporate website platform at including optimizing site performance, functionality and styling and creating landing pages and microsites for marketing campaigns
- At least 3-4 years of relevant marketing, digital or communications experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field
- Direct experience in digital marketing with proven results
- Working knowledge of social media management and reporting platforms
- Highly strategic and creative individual with experience in tailoring product and messaging to particular audiences
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Real estate, hospitality, architecture or lifestyle marketing experience a plus
- Proficiency in all major workplace software applications;
InDesign, Photoshop and/or Canva experience, a plus - Detail orientation with strong organizational skills
