Sea Dream Yacht Club is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns across email, digital, direct mail, content, social media and other marketing initiatives.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented and interested in building a career in marketing. The Marketing Coordinator will work across the marketing team, helping move campaigns from idea to launch and ensuring deadlines, assets, approvals and execution stay on track.

This is not solely a marketing operations or Hub Spot position. The role will have exposure to multiple areas of marketing, including content, creative, CRM, digital marketing, campaign planning and analytics.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with technology, eager to learn new platforms and interested in how AI and automation can make marketing teams more effective.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, digital, social and other channels.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and help track campaign deadlines, deliverables and approvals.
  • Build, test and schedule marketing emails in Hub Spot using approved copy and creative.
  • Conduct email QA, including links, imagery, formatting, audience selection and testing before deployment.
  • Support the execution of Hub Spot workflows, lists and audience segments based on strategy established by the Growth/Performance Marketing Manager.
  • Assist with CRM and database maintenance, including list hygiene and data updates.
  • Coordinate campaign assets between content, creative, growth and other internal teams.
  • Help organize and route creative requests, ensuring the appropriate information and assets are available before work begins.
  • Coordinate direct mail campaigns, including timelines, files, lists and vendor communication.
  • Assist with website content updates and other digital marketing needs.
  • Support webinars, travel advisor initiatives, partnerships, events and other marketing programs as needed.
  • Assist with campaign reporting and gathering performance information.
  • Maintain marketing files, campaign documentation and processes.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve workflows and make recurring marketing tasks more efficient.
  • Use AI and automation tools to support research, organization, campaign execution and everyday productivity.
  • Provide general marketing support as priorities and campaigns evolve.
What We're Looking For
  • 1–3 years of marketing, communications, digital marketing or related experience. Strong recent graduates with relevant internship or hands‑on experience may also be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field preferred.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines and priorities at once.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with marketing technology and learning new systems.
  • Experience with Hub Spot or another CRM/email marketing platform is a plus.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, digital marketing or campaign execution.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable using AI tools and interested in learning how they can improve marketing workflows.
  • Able to work collaboratively across content, creative, digital and other teams.
  • Proactive and willing to take ownership rather than waiting for every next step to be assigned.
  • Interest in travel, hospitality or luxury brands is a plus.
