Position SummaryThe Professional Staff Nurse plans, delivers, and evaluates nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Manager and/or designee. Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties and miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Responsibilities- Assesses physical, psychosocial, educational, and growth and development needs of the patient.
- Identifies customers and deals with each appropriately and per policy.
- Performs all duties of Triage.
- Maintains equipment and supplies and organizes work area.
- Demonstrates leadership skills.
- Current Florida Nursing License
- CPR certification (Basic Life Support)
- Successful completion of GSMC medication test
- ACLS & PALS (within 90 days for new grad/inexperienced)
- CPI (within 30 days)
