Summary
The Nurse Manager leads and supervises the clinical operations of the Labor and Delivery unit. The Nurse Manager assists the Director with patient rounding, completes monthly unit‑based audits, attends staff meetings, and enforces compliance with hospital policy and procedure. The Nurse Manager performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties and performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Education
Registered Nurse undergraduate degree (Nursing or healthcare related field) – minimum in progress

Experience
1 year of supervisory experience

Certifications
BLS, NRP, ACLS, AWHONN, Fetal Monitoring per Tenet requirements
