Family Nurse Practitioner (Float) – East Central / Space Coast and South Florida

We are seeking experienced Float Family Nurse Practitioners to provide flexible, on‑call coverage across our centers in the East Central / Space Coast and South Florida region.
Responsibilities- Provide patient care at multiple sites, keeping panel size small to allow 20‑60 minute appointments.
- Work autonomously while collaborating with diverse teams and ensuring continuity of care processes.
- Remain available at short notice to cover shifts for absent teammates or vacant positions.
- Travel to various locations within the state and region as required.
- Utilize resources such as Up To Date and Rubicon
MD to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care.

- Active RN license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
- Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable per state regulation.
- Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing authority.
- CPR/BLS certification required at start date.
- Independent family practice experience, including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits.
- Comfortable treating patients age 2 and older.
- DOT certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire.
Pay Range: $55.00–$72.00 per hour. Actual offer may vary based on geographic location, experience, and skill level.
Additional InformationThis Float role requires travel to other locations within the state and/or region and availability to cover shifts at short notice.
