Clinical Director of Nursing

HSS West Palm Beach is hiring the Clinical Director of Nursing to oversee the operation of our physician‑owned ambulatory surgical center, ensuring high‑quality patient care and safety standards.

As Clinical Director, you will:

• Lead and coordinate surgical procedures across multiple specialties.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain a state‑of‑the‑art surgical center.
• Oversee clinical supervision, program management, budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO) and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve issues and conflicts efficiently.
• Manage nursing staff and provide continuous professional development.

Position requires weekdays only — no holidays, weekends, or call. Some later evenings may be required. Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN or MSN preferred).
• Clear and active nursing license in the state of Ohio.
• Prior operating room experience required.
• Hospital or ambulatory surgery center experience preferred.
• Proven experience as a clinical director or other managerial position.
• Experience in clinical supervision and program management.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of standards (e.g., ISO) and regulations for the clinical field.
• Proficient in MS Office and patient management software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
