Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Shifts: All Shifts Available
Pay Rate: Up to $40/hr
Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all nursing staff perform their duties according to their job descriptions.
Participate in facility inspections by authorized regulatory agencies.
Conduct daily rounds to monitor and uphold nursing care standards across the department.
Address and report staff complaints or grievances to the Director of Nursing Services.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida
Nursing home experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
