* Assesses physical, psychosocial, educational, and growth and development needs of the patient.

* Develops a written plan of care using assessment data and provides teaching and guidance to patient and/or family as well as staff members.

* Implements nursing plan of care on assigned patients and communicates to them their needs and assessments.

Per Diem Nights - 3 full time shifts a week

Position Summary

The Professional Staff Nurse - Seasonal plans, delivers and evaluates nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of the Director and/or designee. Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE

* At least 12 months

LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, AND/OR REGISTRATIONS

* Licensed Registered Nurse, State of Florida

* BLS

* Successful completion of GSMC medication test

* ACLS within 6 months of hire

* Successful completion of Basic EKG course within 6 months of employment

COMPLETION BONUS

* You may be eligible for a completion bonus up to $2,500 upon successfully finishing your assignment with the Palm Beach Health Network in good standing.
