The role features a 7pm–7:30am shift with every other weekend, providing urgent and emergent in-home care with autonomy and collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
You will triage, assess, intervene, educate, and coordinate care with primary physicians to prevent unnecessary ER visits.
