The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team, responsible for applying the nursing process and delivering high-quality patient care under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services.
Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, documenting the care plan, and adapting care to patient needs while maintaining compliance with policies and patient outcomes. Florida RN license and BLS are required.
