• Provide essential patient care, assisting the veterinary team with hands‑on care and ensuring every animal is treated with compassion and respect.
• Act as the go‑to support for the medical team, anticipating the needs of veterinarians and technicians to maintain a smooth, efficient workflow.
• Create a positive client experience by helping with scheduling, payments, and communications.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, performing clinic upkeep and equipment maintenance to uphold high standards of care.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A calm, efficient approach with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Confidence and skill in handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in fundamental veterinary skills such as laboratory, pharmacy, nursing, and radiology is a strong asset.
