Our client, a boutique private equity firm specializing in multifamily investments, is looking to add an Asset Manager to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong financial analysis skills and a passion for real estate to gain hands‑on experience supporting a nationwide portfolio of multifamily assets.
As an Asset Manager
, you will work closely with the VP of Asset Management to help monitor property performance, support strategic initiatives, and drive value across the portfolio.
- Assist in developing and executing asset management strategies to enhance property value and returns
- Support financial modeling and performance tracking for a portfolio of ~12 properties
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on NOI, rent trends, and operating performance
- Coordinate with third-party property managers on leasing, operations, and budget reviews
- Analyze budgets, capital projects, and market trends to support decision-making
- Help with due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, and financing activities
- Participate in property visits to track progress on business plans and capital improvements
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, investments, or financial analysis (multifamily experience required)
- Solid understanding of real estate financial statements and modeling (Excel proficiency required)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Eager to learn in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
