• Provide world‑class customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, develop, supervise, and evaluate team members.
• Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill donated retail goods process.
• Support store operations with cash handling, inventory control, processing and rotation of donated goods, and loading of trucks.
• Build team schedules and manage payroll.
• Manage stewardship of donations and oversee budgeted expenses to revenue ratios and donor value.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of management or supervisory experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to 40 pounds without support regularly.
