• Process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, store credits, and discounted transactions following standard operating procedures and ensuring proper cash handling.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to assist customers and address inquiries.
• Support store merchandising, layout, recovery, general housekeeping, store layout maintenance, and fitting room areas.
• Maintain product knowledge, POS instructions, merchandise promotions, and store advertising.

• Stand and walk for the majority of the shift; frequently bend, squat, and twist; lift up to 50 lbs; climb a ladder as needed; distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
