Field Merchandiser; part-time - West Palm , FL

JOB OVERVIEW

As a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase your organization and time‑management skills. You will establish retailer relationships while being the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations when needed. You may also work with other products from other companies in the stores you service.

• Starting hourly pay rate: $15.00 to $17.00 (depending on skills and experience).
• Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
• Part‑time position with a variable schedule.
• Average weekly hours: 7‑10

You’ll perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores such as grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers. The role includes three major components:

Physically demanding work requiring consistent lifting and carrying of cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds, with occasional lifts up to 50 pounds. You must be able to kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs, and step ladders.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a digital hand‑held device to access documents and interpret information.
• Have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Have consistent transportation for travel to assigned stores.
