We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients. This role involves engaging in telemarketing and inside sales activities, focusing on technology sales to meet customer needs and achieve company goals.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest in our products and services.
• Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote technology solutions, effectively communicating the benefits and features to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and personalized service.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market penetration and achieving sales targets.
• Record and track all interactions with clients in the CRM system for accurate reporting and follow-up purposes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong telemarketing skills with a focus on outbound calling and warm calling techniques.
• Ability to effectively engage customers through inside sales strategies.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
