• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound leads and proactive outreach.
• Conduct cold calls to targeted industry lists.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new ones.
• Research prospects, engage decision-makers, and close deals to meet monthly sales goals.
• Stay ahead of competitors by gathering market intelligence and analyzing trends.
• Address client concerns with thoughtful solutions and clear communication.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals and support broader initiatives.

• A self-starter with a passion for sales and a collaborative spirit.
• Experienced in chemical distribution or related industries (a plus, but not required).
• Motivated, curious, and ready to grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• At least two years of sales experience is a must.
