ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an Account Representative for Vivian M Suarez State Farm Agency, you play a key role in helping clients protect what matters most. You will generate new business through outbound calls, warm leads, referrals, and follow-up, while building strong customer relationships and recommending personalized insurance solutions.

This is a professional sales position with strong earning potential, a supportive culture, and clear opportunities for growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Educate customers about insurance options and identify coverage needs
• Generate new business through outbound calling, referrals, and lead follow-up
• Provide professional guidance on Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Health products
• Build trust with customers through consistent communication and follow-through
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency processes
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

QUALIFICATIONS

• Sales-minded, goal-driven, and accountable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Coachable, reliable, and eager to grow
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Must hold a 4-40 license or be willing to obtain one immediately
• Must obtain 2-20 or 2-15 license within 30-60 days (agency-supported)
• Bilingual is a plus

Compensation $45,000.00 - $ per year
