This role is located at our West Palm Beach, FL office. It is a hybrid (in-person and remote) position that requires strong bilingual skills in English and Spanish.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Inside Sales Customer Service Representative. This hybrid role will manage inbound and outbound sales activities, nurture client relationships, and provide exceptional customer support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide product information, features, and benefits to potential customers.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up on cold and warm leads to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Prepare and deliver quotes, follow up on proposals, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and offering solutions.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Proven experience in inside sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to execute the essential duties of the position, with or without accommodation.

Base salary: $17.00/hr – $18.50/hr.

Base salary with monthly commissions tied to sales performance.
