Affiliate Manager

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the generation of new sales opportunities via new account development and farming existing lead / contact database.

• Promotion of specific affiliate products, attainment of sales goals, qualifying affiliates, web‑site owners and email list management/marketing partners.
• Main responsibility as affiliate salesperson is to drive revenue for the company by securing traffic to the company’s offers.
• Qualifying affiliates, web‑site owners and email marketers.
• Prospecting through lead files, Linked In, Facebook, forums, etc. Building rapport with traffic sources (phone, IM, email, face to face).
• Growing traffic from existing partnerships through monitoring activity, spotting trends, analyzing data for actionable items.
• Constant daily contact, working trade shows, getting pixels placed and tested.
• Must have superior phone skills with no hesitancy to “make a call”.

• College Degree preferred.
• 2-3 years experience in a digital marketing sales organization.
• Preferably affiliate marketing / sales and lead generation experience.
• Outbound sales experience.
• Sourcing ability to develop lead database.
• Ability to work in a goal‑oriented environment under pressure.
• Ability to adapt communication style to the targeted audience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills a must.
• Experience working with multiple products, platforms and services.
• Confident and polished phone prospecting skills required.
• Skill in the use of Word, Excel, various email and contact platforms, CRM experience a must.
