Worxweb Solutions is recruiting Freight Brokers on behalf of a logistics organization with two immediate openings. This is an in-office role built for self-motivated closers who know the freight space and want a base salary plus commission structure with real earning potential.
Location: Full-Time (In office)
Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday

Pay: $50,000 base salary + commission | $75,000 OTE | Up to $125,000+ for top performers
About This OpportunityOur client is a freight brokerage organization looking for experienced logistics sales professionals who can hit the ground running. These are not entry-level seats, they are looking for people who understand the freight market, have a steady track record in logistics sales, and can meet daily production requirements and monthly quota targets from the start.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect, develop, and close new shipper and carrier accounts through outbound phone sales and follow-up.
- Manage and grow an existing book of freight accounts.
- Negotiate rates and coordinate shipments between shippers and carriers.
- Meet daily call and activity requirements and hit monthly quota targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up persistently through the full sales cycle.
- Minimum one year of sales experience in the logistics or freight industry required (this is a firm knockout.)
- Inside or outside sales experience in a B2B telesales environment strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of sales fundamentals including prospecting, follow-up, and closing.
- Computer proficient - comfortable with the internet, Outlook, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the discipline to meet daily and monthly production standards.
- Steady employment history required, gaps or frequent short-term positions are a disqualifying factor.
Base salary: $50,000 per year
OTE: $75,000 based on hitting quota targets.
Top performer potential: $125,000 or more annually.
Variable commission: 25 to 50% of variable compensation tied to production.
Estimated annual earnings:
On-quota producer: approximately $75,000 per year
Strong consistent producer: approximately $100,000 per year
Top performer: approximately $125,000 or more per year
Actual earnings depend on account volume, margin, and quota attainment.
