• Assist with screening and inspecting individuals, packages, and materials entering or leaving the logistics and distribution location to deter unauthorized access and prohibited items.
• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, and responding to questions and requests for assistance.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and in a problem‑solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to deter suspicious activity and potential security‑related concerns.
• Monitor and control access points, verifying credentials and maintaining logs as required by site procedures.
• Document and report all observed irregularities, incidents, and security‑related concerns in accordance with Allied Universal and site‑specific requirements.
• Support emergency response activities and assist in implementing evacuation or lockdown procedures as directed.

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
