As a Security Officer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our property, residents, and visitors. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting extensive walking patrols throughout the property, including parking garages, common areas, and building grounds.
• Remaining alert, proactive, and attentive to ensure a secure environment.
• Demonstrating strong observation and problem-solving skills to address potential issues effectively.
• De-escalating situations calmly, professionally, and respectfully.
• Documenting incidents, suspicious activities, and daily patrols with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Interacting professionally with residents, visitors, and property management.
• Providing coverage at other assigned locations when needed.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
• A valid Florida Class D Security Officer License.
• Physical capability to perform extensive walking and continuous patrols.
• Strong initiative, accountability, and self-motivation.
• Effective communication and de-escalation skills.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and locations.
