Laborer Lead; PBRR

Job Summary

MOR PPM Inc. is looking for a laborer lead in West Palm Beach, FL. Responsible for supervising laborers who inspect materials, sort items into designated areas according to type, perform cleaning duties related to plant equipment and general housekeeping. Maintain excellent attendance and safety record.

• Supervise/lead laborers in job duties.
• Perform general labor tasks including lifting, climbing, working at different heights, operating hoses, and working inside and outside environments, including enclosed tanks (containers).

• 1 year of experience as a laborer lead in an industrial setting.

• Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically through Docu Sign.
• May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must possess sufficient strength and stamina to perform technical duties.
• Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas.
• Must have a full range of motion consistent with age.
• Must be able to climb ladders and maintain balance.
• Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms, and other job‑related noises.
• Visual acuity, depth perception, and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces.
• Safety and steel‑toe shoes are required.
