Installation Technician, Field/Service Technician
What You'll Do
As an A/V Technician, you'll bring professional audio, video, and control systems to life across commercial and residential environments.
- Installing and configuring A/V systems: displays, projectors, sound systems, conferencing equipment, and control systems
- Running, terminating, and testing low voltage cabling (Cat6, HDMI, speaker wire, fiber, etc.)
- Troubleshooting and repairing system issues onsite
- Collaborating with clients, project managers, and contractors to ensure projects stay on track
- Performing system testing, calibration, and performance verification
- Documenting installations, configurations, and service activities
- Maintaining accurate inventory of tools, parts, and equipment
- Providing exceptional customer service during every visit

We're looking for someone who's detail oriented, reliable, and eager to grow. Ideal candidates have:
- 1-3 years of A/V installation or low voltage experience
- Understanding of A/V signal types, wiring standards, and basic networking
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and construction plans
- Familiarity with control systems (Crestron, Extron, Control4)
- Comfort working on ladders, lifts, and active construction sites
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to clean, professional workmanship
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Palm Beach, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
