Overview

Bath Fitter is looking for an Installer to join a growing team. You will install premium Bath Fitter products and deliver professional installation services with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Install premium Bath Fitter products in just one day.
• Deliver accurate and professional installation services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on care and maintenance of their new installation.
• Keep the work area clean, respect customer property, and adhere to Bath Fitter’s standards.

• Carpentry Expertise: 2+ years in carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or in-home renovations.
• Precision & Tools:
  Skilled in using tape measures, levels, power tools, and basic plumbing knowledge is a bonus.
• Reliability:
  Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Ability to travel for training is required. Employees must maintain valid government-issued identification for travel purposes (e.g., Real  passport).
• Team Player:
  Ability to collaborate effectively, demonstrate professionalism, and commit to safety standards.

• Training Pay:
  Paid training while you learn to be a Certified Bath Fitter Installer.
• Performance-Based Pay:
  Once certified, compensation will be a percentage of the value of the jobs you install, increasing percentage as you advance through certification levels.
• Additional Productivity Pay:
  Earn extra percentage based on hours worked.
• Service Work:
  You will earn hourly pay for any additional service-related tasks.
