In the Field Daily

• Visit 4+ different repair locations daily
• Complete Work Orders at the job-site, following up with excellent customer service
• Engage with various industries such as Property Management, Hospitality, Movers, Construction, etc.

Customer Service and Communication

• Engage with tenants and staff with excellent customer service
• Effectively use our CRM/Dispatch tool to take notes and track repair progress
• Connect with designated support team about any issues

Follow Repair Process

• Learn, practice, and implement our proprietary 5-step repair process
• Utilize your entire customized tool‑kit, understanding each tool
• Complete repairs using creativity and outside‑the‑box thinking

• Experience performing work using your hands; common areas are construction, manufacturing, painting, or other personal hobbies.
• Facilities maintenance is a huge bonus but not a requirement.
• Comprehending color and matching colors is essential; you must be able to detect, evaluate, and reproduce colors.
• Experience in the process of fabricating or installing bathtubs (fiberglass, gel coat, enameled steel, acrylic).
• Ability to repair damages to tubs that happen during or after installation.

Repairs usually only need 1 or 2 tablespoons of product. Technicians can bring everything they need with them in their car or truck! Our process avoids odors, takes less than 2 hours, and leaves the area totally clean!
