Field/Service Technician, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Overview
Your role:
As a Service Technician, your mission is to best serve our customers. We are increasing our presence within our field service area to provide safe and high-quality service performed with great efficiency. You are an important part of this mission, working close to customers to service our products and deliver a great customer experience. You will report to the Service Manager.
- Troubleshoot and repair air compressors, air dryers (refrigerated and regenerative), auto drains, flow controllers, vacuum pumps, and blowers.
- Pressure wash (when possible) and clean the customer's entire equipment pad including skids, coolers, concrete tank, and tanks.
- Completely fill out all work orders, startup forms, warranty forms, oil sample forms, and parts return slips.
- Communicate with customers and the Service Manager regarding all services performed and clearly present options for any required repairs, upgrades, or other customer needs.
- You have 3–5 years of experience, working as a mechanic.
- You have a valid driver’s license.
- You will troubleshoot and repair air compressors, air dryers (refrigerated and regenerative), auto drains, flow controllers, vacuum pumps, and blowers.
- You will communicate with the customer and Service Manager regarding all services performed and clearly present all options for any required repairs, upgrades, or other customer needs.
- You will pressure wash (when possible) and effectively clean the customer's entire equipment pad including skids, coolers, concrete, tanks, etc.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split time between remote work and being on-site at our Quincy Compressor facility in Riviera Beach, Florida.
