Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems and components.

Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and equipment tune-ups.

Service and maintain rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, heat pumps, air handlers, ventilation systems, and related equipment.

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigerant, airflow, and control system issues.

Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.

Perform startup, testing, and commissioning of HVAC equipment.

Communicate findings, repair recommendations, and maintenance needs to customers.

Complete service reports and documentation accurately and promptly.

Follow all company safety policies and industry regulations.

Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred.

EPA Universal Certification required.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Experience servicing RTUs, split systems, package units, heat pumps, air handlers, and ventilation equipment.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS), Direct Digital Controls (DDC), and HVAC controls is a plus.
