FedEx Delivery Driver

Overview

Join GLT Logistics Inc, a local Fed Ex delivery contractor in West Palm Beach, FL. Starting pay for drivers is $140 to $180 per day (based on experience) + stop bonuses. We are hiring regular full-time and part-time Fed Ex Delivery drivers with work-related driving experience and a strong work ethic to make local residential and business deliveries. (CDL License Not required!)

• Deliver and pick up packages to businesses and residences; routes vary in number of pick-ups and deliveries, with up to around 150 stops a day.
• Operate vehicle safely at all times; perform daily vehicle inspections and load/organize daily loads.
• Work independently and as part of a team; provide exceptional customer service and maintain communication with management.
• Accurately operate scanner and track delivery process; ensure proper disposition of packages.
• Deliver entire route in a timely manner.

• Be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
• Pass a drug test (includes marijuana) with continued random drug screens throughout employment.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Be able to safely lift/carry up to 150 lbs and climb stairs; be able to work in all types of weather.
• Pass Fed Ex Ground criminal background check; have reliable transportation to and from work; be on time and ready to work each workday.
• Have a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
