PositionSummary
The Returns Coordinator supports the site leader to ensure the execution of operational effectiveness at an individual client location under limited supervision. The role ensures KPIs are met through proper planning and scheduling of distribution services, manages inventory returned to the site at the end of motor carrier routes, and spends most of the time in the office or warehouse maximizing site performance.

- Adhere to LEAN Six Sigma principles throughout the warehouse.
- Follow SOPs for the product return and truck check‑in process each day.
- Ensure accuracy with reason codes for each item returned to the facility.
- Ensure timely reporting of returns compliance.
- Ensure key performance indicators are met.
- Support activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation.
- Support an environment that fosters open and positive team communication.
- Build a strong rapport with our motor carriers and clients.
- Hold motor carriers accountable for returned/damaged product and report findings to site leadership.
- Communicate daily/shift goals of facility and group(s); devise, communicate, and implement plans to obtain operational goals; work with and motivate employees to ensure goal achievement; provide progress or constraint updates to management and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
- Strong people and operational management skills.
