Membership Business Processing Specialist
On Target Earnings: $35,360 - $43,000 Location: West Plains, MS – Onsite
The Membership Processing Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate member invoicing, efficient information management, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining high‑quality standards across all membership processes.

Responsibilities:- Data entry, database updates, and general information management
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including member invoicing
- Handle payment processing and daily balancing
- Conduct records research and maintain accurate member files
- Respond to incoming coordinator calls and provide timely support
- Deliver excellent customer service across phone, email, and in‑person interactions
- Assist with typing, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain quality standards and ensure accuracy in all membership records
- Work flexible hours, including weekends, as required
- Perform other duties as assigned to support department operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
