The West Plains R-7 School District is seeking a dedicated middle school counselor for the school year. The candidate must hold or be able to obtain Missouri DESE Elementary Counseling certification (K-8).
West Plains Middle School serves about 550 students in grades 5-8, and the counselor will support students’ academic and social-emotional growth. Responsibilities include proactive advising, course monitoring, scheduling, and developing interventions, plus college/career exploration
