PT - Physical Therapist

Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide home health services to patients. As part of a compassionate team, you will play a key role in helping patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life.

• Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement rehabilitation programs to enhance patient mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about exercises and techniques for recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

• Current Missouri Physical Therapist State license.
• BLS certification.
• 1 year of relevant experience in a home health setting.
