Clinic Support Team Manager

Coordinates and manages daily operations of the clinic support team to manage and direct calls.

Will include intradepartmental collaboration with primary care, psychiatry, therapy, rehabilitation services (speech, OT and PT) and CPRC when applicable.

Must have excellent phone skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service. Must have at least 3 years of prior management skills in a phone center or office area. Have excellent communication skills and type at least 40 wpm. High school diploma required. Additional education is not required but would be beneficial.

Responsible for managing interactions with patients/clinics to ensure excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include answering patients/clinics inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department, scheduling services for clinics, and other duties related to ensure patients can easily access their provider(s) Responsible for adhering to all standards of OZH. Supervises staff and performs annual evaluation assist with education and in-services with other staff in JC preparation.
