Job

This role involves cleaning, painting, and quality control of military and commercial components, applying advanced painting techniques and camouflage, maintaining painting equipment, and mentoring junior painters.

• Perform cleaning and painting of all manufactured products requiring the highest skill level.
• Apply paint using all techniques and equipment, including camouflage processes.
• Select appropriate processes, equipment, and materials for optimal paint application.
• Determine necessary touch‑ups or full repainting of existing coatings.
• Identify and mix proper paints and chemicals based on surface assessment and manufacturing instructions.
• Maintain and clean equipment, paint booths, colonia towards safety standards.
• Mentor less skilled painters to develop their skills.
• Complete required reports and paperwork accurately.
• Follow safety requirements, including ventilation standards, respirator use, no smoking, and personal protective equipment.
• Log in/out of assigned jobs and complete job paperwork.

• High School Diploma or GED with a preferred 3+ years of experience in coatings.
