. NHC Health Care West Plains is a family‑oriented SNF hiring a compassionate RN to join the team and provide care to patients.

• Work with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and plan of care; maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families; assure that appropriate nursing care is provided; assist with medications and treatments; supervise LPNs and other nursing partners; and perform other patient care duties as assigned.

• Must have Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Must be caring, compassionate, have a positive attitude and be a team player.
• Prior Matrix and SNF experience a plus.
