Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual-Korean Finance Specialist to support accounting and finance operations. This role is responsible for payment processing, account reconciliations, financial reporting support, cash management, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Process ACH payments and international wire transfers.
- Perform bank account and corporate credit card reconciliations.
- Manage vendor registration and verify vendor banking information.
- Assist with bank loan administration and tracking.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flow projections.
- Prepare and maintain required tax documentation, including 1042 and 1099 reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Assist with annual audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Complete special projects and other accounting duties assigned.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial reporting and closing activities.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting required.
- 0 to 3 years of accounting or finance experience.
- Bilingual communication skills preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with account reconciliations and payment processing.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
