MOHR Talent in West Point, MS is seeking a Precision Welder for our aerospace/defense manufacturing team. You will perform GTAW/TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and exotic alloys, read blueprints and GD&T, and set up orbital weld systems, jigs, and fixtures.
This in‑person, 4/10 schedule offers 1st/2nd shifts with overtime through year-end. Pay is based on experience, up to $44 per hour, with a climate-controlled fabrication environment and the chance to work on advanced
